On May 8, Officers stopped a vehicle in the 1300 block of Graham St for an equipment violation. They made contact with Frances Renee Thacker (58), the driver. Thacker gave officers permission to search the vehicle. Thacker then admitted to having narcotics on her person and was found with narcotics in her pocket. Further narcotics were found in Thacker’s purse within the vehicle. Thacker was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance over 1 gram under 4 grams. She was processed without incident.
Officers made 18 traffic stops, 3 adult arrest, and answered 109 calls for service for this reporting period.
